History
The Park at Quail Creek is a town house community located in the
natural surroundings of the Quail Creek area in North
Austin. Proudly
boasting many tree-lined avenues and common
areas, the Park is a place where you can relax and breathe.
Yet homeowners are still literally minutes from the shops,
shows, music, and other entertainment offered by the "Live Music Capital of
the World."
The Park was built between 1971 and 1980 by the Walter Carrington Company. There are several phases in the complex and several plans to choose from. The Park includes tree-studded grounds, tennis courts, a swimming pool, and a gently winding creek.
