The Park At Quail Creek Satellite Installation Guidelines
In accordance with FCC regulations, you have the right to install a satellite without pre-approval from the Architectural Control Committee. However, the Park's Homeowner's Association also has the right to impose restrictions upon the installation of satellites. In order to prevent fines and the costs of additional installation fees or repairs, we strongly recommend that you consult with the Architectural Control Committee prior to satellite installation. Please submit an ACC request to the management office prior to any satellite installation.
